Warranty and return policy

At Luxury Gem Oy , we trust the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.

We offer a 24-month warranty on all watches and jewelry. This warranty covers material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.

Exceptions: Please note that the warranty does not apply if the customer opens the watch or attempts to make repairs. In addition, it does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by external factors such as scratches, missing stones, dents, chips, vibration or material fading or chipping, water damage, lost or stolen parts, or damage due to personal abuse or negligence.

Return policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. You have 30 days from the moment your package arrives to let us know if there are any defects in the watch or jewelry. If we do not receive any complaints during this period, we will assume that you are satisfied with your order.

If you notice problems with the watch or jewelry within 30 days of the order's arrival, contact our customer service via email at luxury.gem@outlook.com . In the message, state the reason for the return and make sure that the product meets the return criteria presented below. We will give you more detailed instructions on how to make a return in the return message.

Return Criteria: All returned items must be in mint condition (as we sent it) and complete with original packaging. We check all returned products. Once the return is approved, the full amount will be credited to your account or other payment method within 48 hours. If the product is not in original condition or the original packaging is missing, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
