Shipping information

Online store products are sold by Luxury Gem Oy, business ID: 3415807-6. We sell products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

Ordering:

Products are ordered from www.luxurygem.fi through the shopping cart.

The products are added to the shopping cart, after which contact information and additional order information are filled in at checkout. Finally, the payment method is selected and the order is paid. After a successful order, the customer receives an order confirmation to the e-mail address he provided.

All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order is only used to prepare the order, deliver it, or clarify any ambiguities that arise in it. The customer commits to the delivery terms in force with the order.

Payment methods:

The products and their postage are paid when ordering or with an invoice. The payment methods in use are displayed at the checkout.

Payment service provider:

Paytrail Oyj acts as the implementation of the payment brokerage service and the payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

Delivery methods, time and fees

After confirming your payment, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order. It may take 1-3 days for the tracking number to be updated online after the shipment has been sent. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

  2. DHL Express (from €45) – Arrival 5–7 business days

Delivery times are based on average estimates based on our delivery history and we cannot fully guarantee delivery time. Delivery times for international orders depend on the efficiency of your country's customs authorities. All international packages are traceable once they have been scanned at the post office.

The products will come to your nearest pick-up point and you will receive a text message about it when the product has arrived.

Return:

You have the right to exchange or return your order in whole or in part within 30 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and completely new salable products. The refund is made to the payment method used in the order.

Please notify us in advance of returning the order by e-mailing luxury.gem@outlook.com. After you have notified the return by email, we will send you return instructions.

Change:

  • All jewelry is carefully inspected before shipping.
  • All watches are carefully checked for defects. This includes the bracelet, clasp, links, glass placement, bezel orientation and watch functions. We adjust and set the time and check the date change.
  • All watches are tested with a time tester to ensure that the watch remains within an acceptable +/- 3 second daily pace and strikes properly.
